The town of Credas Ealin (Cradle of Art) was founded by the V'ralt family several generations ago as place of security for those Hrothi who wished to expand their focus beyond what was merely practical, to that which was also beautiful. The nobility of the day recognized the value of having a place where not only could their culture blossom without fear of stagnation, but also where those who might be a bit more inclined to...paint outside the lines...would be able to find a home.

Since that time Credas Ealin has quietly flourished, embracing travelers and new residents from all tribes and walks of life. The doors of the Malesian Academy of Arts always stand open to welcome those who pursue artistic knowledge, and the eccentric guild of Marovarii's Mechanical and Musical Menagerie is always looking for new, and curious, artisans.
